Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and include any promotional gifts received with the order.

Return Process

  Contact our Customer Care team or visit our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original box, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
